What brands do you carry?

We carry a broad selection of high quality, nutrition rich dog foods for all budgets. Highlights of select brands what we carry are below:

What is your return policy?
 
Our policy is simple: If you and your dog are not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it.  Our mission is to ensure your dog has the right food – if they are not satisfied then we aren’t either!!  Please call our retail location at 702-971-2484 if you have a return.

How do I place a one-time order?

Placing an order is easy! From the Home Page, just click the Shop Now button, enter what you are looking for in the Search Bar or click on one of the drop down selections (Shop by Brand, Food, Treats and Supplements, Toys or Kitty Korner). From there, select what you’d like and add to cart!

How do I place a recurring/auto-ship order?

If you never want to run out of food, get the convenience of having your dog food automatically delivered on a schedule that you choose! Prior to adding to cart, select the Autoship icon and enter in the frequency and select the time period from the drop down. For example, if you wanted your delivery once a month enter 1 in the “ship this item every” box and select month from the drop down. Add to cart and your subscription is set!

How do I pause, change the frequency or cancel a recurring/auto-ship order?

To pause a recurring/auto-ship order, first log in via the My Account section at the top of the home page. Once logged in, Subscriptions will appear at the top of the home page. Click the “Subscriptions” at the top of the home page. Click the box next to the item(s) you would like to pause and then click the pause button. That’s it – you order is paused until you are ready to reactivate it.

To change the frequency of your recurring/auto-ship order, select the product and then click the Edit button. Once done, you can modify the frequency and quantity as desired!

To cancel a recurring order (we’re assuming you are moving outside the Las Vegas area…why else would you cancel!), select the item and then hit the cancel button.

Where is your retail store located?

Our retail location is at 1550 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite N, Henderson, Nevada 89012. Come by and check us out (bring your dog too!), we would love to meet you!

What is your delivery area?

We deliver to all zip codes in Henderson, Las Vegas and Boulder City!

Who does delivers the dog food?

We are different from the “other” guys. We have our own company branded vehicles and our own team members (proudly in dogfood2mydoor attire) that deliver our products. We don’t outsource this to 3rd parties in unmarked vehicles and who knows what else! You can feel safe knowing it Dogfood2mydoor at your doorstep!
